AM-IT Solution started the way most good studios do — one developer, a laptop, and a client whose website had been broken for six months.
Today we are a compact team of engineers and designers working out of Sylhet, Bangladesh, delivering entirely online. There is no reception desk and no sales floor. There is a shared repository, a deployment pipeline, and a phone number that a person actually answers.
The work splits three ways: custom websites for companies tired of fighting a template, CRM and internal tools for teams outgrowing spreadsheets, and AI implementation for organisations that want a system doing measurable work rather than a demo that impresses once.
Being remote-first is not a pandemic leftover for us — it is how we were built. Clients across nine countries brief us over a call, follow progress on a live preview URL, and get source code and credentials handed over at launch. Nothing about the arrangement requires anyone to sit in the same room.
Say the real number
If a feature will take three weeks, we say three weeks. Optimistic estimates are just deferred bad news, and everybody pays for them later.
Boring where it counts
We reach for proven databases, proven hosting and proven patterns. Novelty belongs in the interface, not in your payment flow.
Leave it better documented
Every handover includes a README that a new developer can follow, environment notes, and a walkthrough call. No tribal knowledge.
